This 12x16x1.625 American hard maple end grain cutting board is the perfect size for your every day cutting needs. The end grain design is gentle on your knives and handcrafted to outlast your generation. This board features our signature plate rout which serves three purposes - it conveniently decreases the weight of the board, serves as ergonomic handles and lastly, grooved just right for a standard plate (up to 10.5") to slip underneath the side where you can either slide off what you are serving or easily discard your scraps. Each of our boards are uniquely handcrafted, finished with rubber feet for maximum breathability and stability, and bathed in food grade mineral oil before shipping to you.
